These are carried out by fully accredited Home Inspectors, who have previously been senior managers in the construction industry. We are not just Domestic Energy Assessors.

Basic HIPS are normally available in 1 - 2 days of inspection and inspection can usually take place within 24 hours of contacting us.

We are fully accredited with NHER/SAVA and have PI insurance of £250k for EPCs & £1m for HCRs. HIPS are obtained via AHIPP members and PCCB compliant search companies.
